Job Title: Operations Management – Deployment Engineer
Duties: You will be responsible for taking a project from sale to maintenance mode. This includes direct engagement with customer’s CIO’s, COO’s, Field Operations, and HR Management. You will be responsible for structuring client projects, deploying projects, maintaining close relationships, and fielding incoming calls. You will be required to create procedures, prepare training programs, order hardware & equipment, and organize/host training days. This position requires travel to clients, conferences, and meetings. This includes domestic and international travel. You will be responsible for creating training material, self-service material, and hosting training webinars. You are expected to represent PickTrace in a positive light at all times, which may require going above and beyond the original description of duties. On occasion, you may be asked to work on tasks, projects, and activities as requested, some of which may be outside the Operations Management, Deployment Engineer duties.
- Bilingual – Spanish (Required)
- Exceptional people skills
- Critical thinking – individuals who enjoy working through complex problems
- Professional writing skills (we are big on documentation – field processes, payroll files, software processes, blogging, etc)
- Tech Savy (MS Office Suite, Google Products, Android)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Drivers License – No DUI’s
- Must have passport
